2016 Reserve Sideways Zinfandel Image

2016 Reserve Sideways Zinfandel

Our 2016 Reserve Sideways Zinfandel comes from our ancient vines that are over 100 years old. It has aromas of black cherry, caramel and spice; with flavors of blackberry, vanilla and black pepper. This wine is well-balanced with integrated tannins. The finish is long with a lingering spice note.

This wine will pair well with Cheddar and Manchego cheeses, as well as barbequed meats and tomato-based pasta dishes.

This Zinfandel draws primarily from a wide selection of our oldest, most historic and shyest-bearing Zinfandel blocks. The vines are planted on their own roots. The lots that we hand-selected are the results of sensitive farming practices and the fruit was discriminately picked.
