2021 Blanc de Blanc
Made entirely from white grapes, blanc de blanc is an elegant sparkling wine with subtle flavor that is enjoyed solo or with a food pairing. Our 2021 Van Ruiten Blanc de Blancs is made with 100 percent, estate grown Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc grapes. It has aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, with hints of yeast. Then wine is smooth and supple with excellent effervescence, and has a long citrus finish.
