Wine Club Exclusive Release.
This blend came from our Ancient Vines planted in 1906. It is a blend of 81% Zinfandel and 19% Carignane. It has aromas of raspberry and cherry with flavors of tart cherry, plum and Autumn spice. This wine has bright cranberry fruit and tannins through the mid-palate. The finish lingers with a vanilla note.
Recommend serving this wine with Gouda cheese, roasted turkey and duck dishes.
This wine will benefit from several years of bottle age.
